Job summary

Crew in Oak Park Heights, MN–Hybrid 3-4 days onsite, is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to support data collection, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. You will assist with requirements gathering, data validation, and producing actionable insights to aid decision-making.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree and 0-1 years of experience in business analytics or related fields, plus strong organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Finance, Operations, or related field
  • 0-1 years of business analysis or related experience
  • Experience with data, reporting, spreadsheets, or analysis projects
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot preferred
  • Exposure to Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or reporting tools
  • Internship or project experience in business analysis or process improvement
  • Familiarity with Agile or Scrum

Responsibilities


  • Assist in gathering, documenting, and organizing business requirements from stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Experience working with data, reporting, spreadsheets, or analysis projects through internships, coursework, or professional experience

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges

  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot preferred

  • Exposure to Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or reporting tools

  • Internship or project experience involving business analysis, project tracking, or process improvement

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum


The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
