Job summary

Turnberry Solutions in Des Moines, IA, is seeking a Microsoft 365 Adoption and Enablement Specialist to join our Digital Modernization practice. This role focuses on driving user adoption of M365 features, coordinating with product owners, and delivering actionable guidance to clients.

You will monitor M365 roadmaps, develop adoption strategies, create user guides, and measure success through adoption metrics.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years M365 enterprise environment experience.
  • 3+ years strong understanding of core M365 services.
  • 5+ years ability to analyze technical changes and translate them to business impact.
  • 3+ years change management, user adoption, or other M365 implementation initiatives.
  • 3+ years of experience with regulated or financial services environments.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting/using Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • Collaboration, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Proactive mindset and desire to continuously learn.

Location: IA-Des Moines, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

As a Microsoft 365 Adoption and Enablement Specialist, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.


Responsibilities

The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $155,000 or the hourly equivalent. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Turnberry Solutions offers benefits such as a comprehensive healthcare package (medical, dental, vision), disability and group term life insurance, health and flexible spending accounts, a utilization bonus, 401(k) with match, flexible time off for salaried employees, parental leave for salaried employees, and flexible work arrangements (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
