HTC Global Services seeks a Senior Business Analyst to shape digital products and agile delivery. You will partner with Product Owners, Engineering, UX, and stakeholders to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements.

• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
• Able to write: user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and functional requirements.
• Experience partnering with Product Owners, Engineering, QA and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and gather business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlog items.
• Work closely with Engineering and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Create process flows, business rules, and functional documentation.
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and UAT activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and delivery.
• Perform impact analysis for system, process, and integration changes.
• Ensure requirements are complete, testable, and aligned with business goals.
• Support production issue analysis and resolution when needed.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to Business Analyst best practices.

Senior Business Analyst – Digital Products & Agile Delivery

This role offers the opportunity to help deliver customer-centric digital solutions while partnering closely with Product Owners, Engineering, UX, Operations, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in Agile delivery, requirements analysis, process optimization, and translating complex business needs into actionable solutions.

What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and gather business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine and prioritize backlog items.
• Work closely with Engineering and QA teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in digital product or servicing environments.
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
• Proven ability to write:

• User stories
• Acceptance criteria
• Process flows
• Functional requirements

• Experience partnering with Product Owners, Engineering, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and requirement sessions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital servicing, customer service platforms, or self-service applications.
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and system workflows.
• Experience with customer journey mapping and process optimization.
• Exposure to UX/UI collaboration.
• Basic data analysis experience.
• Experience with tools such as Postman, Visio, or Miro.
• Domain experience in property and casualty insurance.
