Description

DSI is searching for a Senior Business Analyst who will work with stakeholders and development team members as directed by the Bureau of Business and Service Management and the Project Manager to provide analysis and related project support.

Responsibilities

1. Provide a comprehensive, independent evaluation of existing efforts.
2. Support requirements elicitation, prioritization, validation, and documentation.
3. Coordinate open user stories/work items.
4. Develop test scripts and support testing.
5. Assist with implementation support and outcome documentation.
6. Provide guidance and serve as a liaison between the development team and project stakeholders to resolve issues.
7. Triage production issues and work with the development team and end users to resolve the issue.
8. Attend sessions with stakeholders to identify business and system requirements, create and submit deliverables, and coordinate approval.
9. Perform testing and validation activities surrounding PCIT iterative releases, including developing/updating testing plans, supporting system testing, UAT, accessibility conformance, and reporting defects.
10. Provide implementation support services such as training, Go-Live support, and updating documentation.
11. Compile implementation documentation into Outcome Reports, including session notes, required updates, and recommendations for Go-Live planning.
