Job Description:

• Develop and/or update testing plans.
• Coordinate and support system testing.
• Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Coordinate and test accessibility conformance.
• Develop and/or update test scripts and test cases.
• Report system defects and issues.
• Compile implementation documentation into Implementation Outcome Reports, including various documents.

Senior Business Analyst Level:

• Five or more years of business analysis experience.
• Capable of applying knowledge, skills, and competencies independently.
• Able to instruct and mentor others in business analysis responsibilities.
• Mastery of industry standards and best practices, with the ability to contribute to improvements.
