Responsibilities

• Elicit and document detailed business requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing documentation.
• Analyze and document current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Create clear documentation, including use cases, functional specs, and process diagrams.
• Foster collaboration between development teams, product owners, and stakeholders to align goals.
• Communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to bridge business needs and IT solutions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, retrospectives.
• Document requirements in Agile environments using user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the backlog.
• Work with architects and development teams to design IT solutions meeting requirements.
• Collaborate with QA to develop test plans and cases and ensure quality.
• Contribute to a cross-functional Agile team with strong time management.

The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, understand business needs, and translate them into effective IT solutions. The business analyst will serve as a liaison between the business arears and IT organization. The Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging the gap between business requirements and IT deliverables, ensuring the successful implementation of technology solutions.

Experience:

• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst with a strong background in Agile methodologies.
• Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile frameworks.
• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst with a focus on healthcare domain knowledge (preferred).

Education:

Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
