Job summary

TechDigital Group seeks an experienced Business Analyst to drive a large-scale process automation program across a complex multi-system enterprise. The role focuses on extracting operator knowledge, mapping decisions to system events, AI decisions, or human actions, and owning the full UAT lifecycle.

You will elicit and document requirements, manage an Agile backlog, and craft user stories while reporting progress to operations leadership across US/India time zones.

Qualifications

• 12+ years BA experience on process automation or systems transformation programs.
• Ability to extract undocumented operator knowledge via interviews and observation.
• Experience classifying manual steps into system rule, AI decision, or human.
• UAT ownership: write, execute and sign off test cases.
• Knowledge of BMAD to author stories and backlog management.
• Able to read API specs and event flow diagrams to spot gaps.
• Strong written communication across US/India time zones.

Job Description: Seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a large-scale process automation program replacing manual operations across a complex, multi-system enterprise environment.

The core of this role is manual glue mapping: systematically extracting the decision logic, routing rules, escalation patterns, and tribal knowledge currently carried by operators across 28 disconnected systems and translating each human step into one of three classifications — a system event the platform handles automatically, an AI agent decision, or a genuine exception requiring human judgment. This mapping work is time-sensitive and irreversible; once operators are displaced, the knowledge is gone. Getting it right is what makes the automation actually work.

Beyond mapping, the BA owns requirements elicitation and documentation, Agile backlog management, user story authoring, UAT strategy and full execution, and weekly stakeholder reporting to operations leadership.

• 12+ years BA experience on process automation or systems transformation programs
• Demonstrated ability to extract undocumented, operator-held knowledge through interviews and observation — not just reading SOPs
• Experience classifying manual process steps for automation: what becomes a system rule, what becomes an AI decision, what stays human
