Job summary

Mbi Llc is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with extensive project development and business process experience. The role requires direct interaction with senior leadership and a strong Agile background.

The candidate should be able to hit the ground running and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Responsibilities include documenting business requirements, creating UI mockups, assisting with technical requirements, testing software (including UAT), and teaching end users.

Job description

• - Senior BA with Project Development work experience and/or Function/Business Process Analysis work experience. Experience interacting and communicating with senior level leadership and Agile expertise REQUIRED. Must be able to "Hit the Ground Running".
• - EXCELLENT Verbal and Written Communication is needed. Must have Experience interacting and communicating with senior level leadership.

RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 10 years.

• - EXPERIENCE: 10 years of relevant experience; 10 plus years in particular application area. 4-year college degree or equivalent study under the direction of the supervisor of the business analyst team or designated project leader.
• - Experience interacting and communicating with senior level leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• - The BSC will be responsible for the development and documentation of business requirements, create User Interface mockups, assist the technical teams in the development and documentation of technical requirements, test the resultant software (including user Acceptance Testing), create instructions manuals, and teach the system to end users.
• - The BSC may also be called upon to perform limited project management functions.
