Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst to partner with business stakeholders, PMs, and IT teams to gather requirements and improve systems and processes. This role will document current-state workflows, identify gaps, and translate business needs into detailed requirements.

The ideal candidate will analyze data, facilitate stakeholder meetings, support testing, maintain project documentation, and provide end-user training in a fast-changing environment. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of Business Analyst or similar experience
• Experience gathering requirements and translating into functional and non-functional requirements
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
• Proficiency with SQL, Excel, BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI, and process-mapping tools such as Visio
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and work effectively in ambiguous or changing environments

Insight Global is seeking a Business Analyst for one of our customers. They are seeking a self-starter Business Analyst to partner with business stakeholders, subject-matter experts, Project Managers, and IT teams to gather requirements and improve business systems and processes. This individual will document current-state workflows, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and translate business needs into detailed business, functional, non-functional, reporting, and system requirements. The Business Analyst will also analyze data, facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops, support testing and solution validation, maintain project documentation, and provide training to end users. This role requires someone who can independently support multiple initiatives, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and work comfortably in an ambiguous, fast-changing environment. Some travel may be required, up to 20%.

Must Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field
