Responsibilities:
- This position will support the Sales Leadership team with reporting, analytics, performance assessments, dashboards, commissions, and various reports and projects. The individual must collaborate with sales leadership, managers, and sales reps.
- The role aims to enhance sales effectiveness, productivity, and process compliance by consulting with the sales force and implementing best practices in sales and operational processes.
- Additionally, the position involves responsibilities for specific subject matter areas and continuous improvement projects, interfacing directly with the Sales Ops management team.
Primary Duties / Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review attainment trends for global teams and discuss results with sales management.
- Assist Sales leadership with initiative tracking, KPI monitoring, and performance management.
- Coordinate with Sales Ops Business Partners to meet process standards and SLAs.
- Alert reps of non-compliance to ensure data accuracy.
- Participate in sales management meetings to update on Sales Operations initiatives.
- Utilize Sales Operations resources to provide solutions for sales segments/regions.
- Ensure sales dashboards, reports, and compensation mechanics are understood and accessible.
- Provide relevant booking, pipeline, and forecast reports to the sales team.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Sales Ops or similar roles, including forecasting, planning, reporting, and experience with SalesForce.
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Google DataStudio), SalesForce.com, Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and BI/Data warehouses.
- Results-oriented with problem-solving, resourcefulness, project management, and time management skills.
- Leadership qualities, even without formal authority, and ability to build relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate analysis into actionable insights.
- Innovative mindset with a drive for continuous improvement.
- Self-motivated, adaptable to change, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Minimum 1 year of progressive Sales Ops experience in a large multinational organization; experience in investment banking, private equity, or consulting is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree preferred.
