*Description:*
*Remote Technical Business Analyst*
The Technical BA will work directly with the Tech Developers and Business Team on technical integration systems (new and legacy) and support technical solutions to meet organizational objectives. The analyst will assist the Product Team with prioritizing user requirements, overseeing system changes, and researching new tools aligned with industry trends. The position involves developing, analyzing, and amending technical specifications for delivery to the development team. The Analyst will address and (with developers) resolve relevant problems or roadblocks, ensuring high performance and security. The role includes working in ADO on feature refinement, story development, and participating in Agile ceremonies. The candidate must be able to progress in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.

- Strong system integration and implementation experience
- Experience within solar, power, electric, gas industries

*Additional Skills & Qualifications*
- Strong verbal/written communication & facilitation skills. Ability to help business counterparts find optimal solutions and communicate clearly with peers.
- Coordinate and assist the Development Team with application support (quarterly releases, defects, change management).
- Work across cross-functional domains including Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security to ensure proper engagement of the development team for architecture, building, and support.
- Document integration of multiple systems (new and legacy), reconciling needs of cross-functional teams or product portfolios.
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand functional requirements.
- Define, develop, and review technical specifications.
- Develop, refine, and document requirements as epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure traceability of project work, including requirements, test cases, defects, and UAT support.
- Provide RFP support through gathering high-level requirements, mapping flows, and demos.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

*Pay and Benefits*
The pay range is $50.00 - $60.00/hr. Eligibility for some benefits depends on job classification and employment duration. Benefits may include:
