Job summary

FirstPRO 360 in Boston is seeking a Business Analyst on a direct hire basis. You will gather and translate business requirements, support functional design, troubleshoot system issues, and help drive cross-functional technology projects from requirements through implementation and UAT.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of BA experience in Finance or Accounting systems, a solid understanding of accounting fundamentals (GL, sub-ledgers, close, reporting), and hands-on Oracle Financials ERP

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business/Systems Analyst experience supporting Finance or Accounting systems.
• Strong understanding of accounting/finance fundamentals, including GL, sub-ledgers, financial close, and reporting.
• Hands-on functional experience with Oracle Financials ERP.
• Experience gathering requirements, writing functional specifications, process mapping, and supporting SIT/UAT.
• Preference: Fusion Cloud, Oracle EPM/EPBCS, and integrations.
