Qualifications

Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite per week)

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join a growing Asset Management technology team supporting critical finance, fund accounting, and data transformation initiatives.

This role is ideal for a hands-on Business Analyst who enjoys partnering with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, supporting complex projects, and balancing both project work and day-to-day operational support.

Responsibilities

• Lead business requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops

• UAT planning and execution experience
