Role - Oracle Finance ERP Cloud Business Analyst

Mandatory Skills: Oracle Finance - Oracle Cloud ERP

• Knowledge of process and software design across the organization.
• Advanced skills in process methodologies for software specification, design, modification, and implementation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executive management.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Skills to develop process and system implementation plans.
• Testing and test planning skills.
• Experience as a senior resource in systems strategy, requirements gathering, business process design, CRPs, configuration, testing, and user training.
• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• At least 4 years of experience with relational databases, SQL, or system development life-cycle projects.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ERP Financials implementations (Oracle ERP Cloud, PeopleSoft, Workday, Oracle R12) as a senior team member, team lead, or Project Manager on at least one full cycle.
• Over 4 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Financials.
