Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a Year Round Intern in Pensacola to support Business Agility through communications, events, and metrics. You will help translate Agile concepts into clear communications for diverse audiences, assist with learning sessions, and track participation and outcomes.

The role offers hands-on experience in communications, event coordination, data storytelling, and cross‑team collaboration, with a schedule aligned to college commitments across a hybrid/onsite

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree with anticipated graduation December 2027 or later.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Interest in Business Agility, organizational change, and analytics.
• Experience coordinating meetings, events, and multiple contributors.
• Ability to create polished presentations and communications.
• Ability to analyze data and present insights clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain communications promoting Business Agility initiatives and outcomes.
• Coordinate workshops, learning sessions, and engagement events with follow‑up.
• Create audience‑appropriate presentations, newsletters, and leadership updates.
• Gather, analyze, and visualize metrics on participation, adoption, and outcomes.
• Translate data and stakeholder feedback into insights and recommendations.
• Maintain calendars, plans, distribution lists, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Lending stakeholders to increase awareness and participation.
• Monitor metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Support assessments and track progress against goals and actions.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to reinforce transparency and customer focus.
