Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union is offering a Year Round Intern in our Lending team to advance Business Agility through communications, events, and metrics. You will translate Agile concepts into clear updates for varied audiences and help plan learning sessions, workshops, and community events.

You will collect and visualize participation and outcomes metrics, support cross‑team collaboration, and gain hands-on experience in data storytelling and change management while working in a flexible, hybrid

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university with expected graduation date after December 2027.
Strong written, verbal, and visual communication tailored to diverse audiences.
Interest in Business Agility, organizational change, or analytics.
Experience coordinating meetings or events with multiple contributors and deadlines.
Ability to create polished presentations and concise summaries.
Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data and present insights.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain communications promoting Business Agility initiatives and events.
Support planning and execution of workshops, learning sessions, and recognition activities.
Create audience-appropriate presentations, announcements, and leadership updates.
Gather, validate, analyze, and visualize metrics related to participation, adoption, and outcomes.
Translate data and stakeholder feedback into concise insights and recommendations.
