IKO Industries Ltd. is seeking a Bushing Technician at IKO Glass Fiber Inc., Chester, SC. The role requires working a 12 hour rotating shift schedule, with responsibilities spanning bushing melt rate control, temperature profiling, startup tasks, and maintaining forming and chopper operations.

The candidate should be able to work in high-temperature environments and lift up to 50 lbs. We value safety, reliability, and attendance, and require I9 verification.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to provide simple and accurate instructions.
• Three or more years of manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify poor performing bushings and positions.
• Troubleshoots and implements corrective action.
• Monitors, adjusts, and repairs forming process and chopper operations.
• Ensures efficient forming performance and chopper operation.
