Ameriprise Financial is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Technology Services team in Minneapolis. This on-site role supports our enterprise voice and unified communications environment by providing business analysis, operational support, and administration of voice technologies for the AFG Phone Services.

Job Description

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Technology Services team. This role supports the organization’s enterprise voice and unified communications environment by providing business analysis, operational support, and administration of voice technologies.
This position supports Ameriprise Franchise Group (AFG) Phone Services, a comprehensive voice service solution that allows advisors and their staff to leverage the same communication tools used by the corporate office.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the overall success of the AFG Phone Services offering by providing a superior customer service experience and support throughout the onboarding process.
• Collect and document business and technical requirements to set up voice services for AFG offices.

Work Expectations

• On-site at Minneapolis Headquarters 4 days per week.

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $75,000 - $98,000 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
