Job summary

Ameriprise Financial, operating through the Ameriprise Franchise Group, seeks a Business Systems Analyst to join its Technology Services team. You will support enterprise voice and unified communications by analyzing business needs, administering voice technologies, and assisting with onboarding for AFG Phone Services to empower advisors and staff.

Role requires strong communication, coordination with onshore and offshore resources, and a focus on delivering an excellent onboarding experience

• Identify and drive opportunities to improve the overall end-to-end service experience through onboarding, training, support, and documentation.

Job Description

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our Technology Services team. This role supports the organization’s enterprise voice and unified communications environment by providing business analysis, operational support, and administration of voice technologies. This position supports Ameriprise Franchise Group (AFG) Phone Services, a comprehensive voice service solution that allows advisors and their staff to leverage the same communication tools used by the corporate office.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the overall success of the AFG Phone Services offering by providing a superior customer service experience and support throughout the onboarding process.

Work Expectations

Base Pay Salary

The estimated base salary for this role is $75,000 - $98,000 / year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role.
