Job summary

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority is seeking an Analyst Series- Strategic Priorities (Buses) to support the Strategic Priorities Group in the Department of Buses. You will perform data collection, analysis, and reporting to leadership, with a focus on bus service improvements.

The ideal candidate understands transit planning practices and bus operations, and will help track project goals, develop KPIs, and support public engagement efforts.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field with data analysis experience required.
• Two years of professional experience in data analysis and project tracking is preferred.
• Experience in transportation planning or public sector context is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic priority projects for the bus department.
• Analyze bus operations data to identify performance trends.
