Launch in Milwaukee, WI is seeking an experienced bus and medium-truck technician to service gasoline and diesel school buses from routine PMs to major repairs. You’ll diagnose issues, perform engine/transmission overhauls, and document parts and labor with precision.

The role requires 3+ years in bus maintenance, familiarity with pupil transport regulations, and CDL Class B with air brake endorsement (A/C certification preferred). First shift, Monday–Friday.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years in bus or medium-truck maintenance.
• Familiarity with pupil transportation codes and laws (e.g., IDOT inspections).
• CDL Class B with air brake endorsement preferred; A/C certification preferred.

• Service gasoline and diesel school buses end-to-end—from routine PMs to comprehensive repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and implement preventive maintenance plans.
• Perform engine and transmission overhauls, major and minor.
• Use Cummins Insite, Wabco, and Allison diagnostic platforms to resolve issues.
• Complete DOT inspections and document time and materials accurately.
