As a Digital Product Manager within PNC's Retail Product Management & Development organization, you can be based in various locations within PNC's footprint, with some in-office activities as needed.
As a member of the Digital Sales Strategy Team, you will drive digital sales and enablement strategies across business segments to optimize and scale digital sales. Our team serves as a subject matter expert in the digital sales journey for new and existing clients. Your responsibilities include leveraging data and analytics, assessing digital experiences, developing business cases, maintaining digital sales infrastructure, partnering with stakeholders, supporting risk management, and driving results for digital products.
We manage individual product family funnels, understanding performance drivers. As a Bus Exp Plan & Admin Advisor, your role includes supporting digital sales performance management, assisting with online account opening initiatives, developing solutions to improve digital sales journeys, and researching competitor strategies.
Key skills for success include effective communication, analytical and detail-oriented mindset, strong visual communication, relationship-building, product knowledge, agile understanding, technical acumen, and familiarity with Genesis/Edge/Service Browser and SharePoint.
This is a remote position, performed from a confidential home space, with some in-office activities as needed. Location restrictions may apply.
Candidates should demonstrate relevant knowledge, skills, and experience, including a university degree, 5+ years of industry experience, and relevant certifications if applicable. A combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Role offers a salary range of $65,000 to $149,500, incentive eligibility, and comprehensive benefits. Application window typically lasts two business days from 04/29/2025, subject to extension.
