Senior Product Manager

100% Remote (with up to 20% travel for events)

Our Event Technology & Insights team is at the forefront of delivering world-class brand activations. From electrifying in-person events to engaging digital and on-demand content, we leverage a cutting-edge technology stack to connect audiences with the knowledge they need, when and where they need it.

You'll dive into product execution and deployment within a scrum-agile framework, focusing on the entire lifecycle of our in-person events – from awareness and registration to on-site engagement, wayfinding, and the post-event journey. This is your chance to own key in-person features, manage vendor relationships, contribute to our product roadmap, and influence product leadership.

In this role, you will:

  • Leverage your deep experience to build thorough Product Requirements Documentation (PRD) and secure crucial stakeholder alignment.
  • Take ownership of relationships with our vendors and internal teams on 1-2 key in-person features on our roadmap, influencing vendor product roadmaps to meet our dynamic needs.
  • Provide regular, concise updates to leadership, proactively identifying and resolving issues with a strong, independent presence.
  • Knowledgeably and successfully articulate our strategy, roadmap, and progress to senior executive audiences, both internally and externally (as approved).
  • Foster, facilitate, and furnish timely decision-making across a broad network of stakeholders, delivery partners, and operational teams.
  • Quickly understand and master relevant policies, processes, and programs, discerning the critical pressure points for each.
  • Partner effectively with security, architecture, engineering, quality, support, experience, program, and infrastructure teams to coordinate the delivery of complex initiatives.
  • Lead diverse delivery functions in program/project core team and executive meetings.
  • Work effectively with global teams, requiring flexibility in your work schedule for some meetings.
  • Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to build a shared understanding of the product vision and gain alignment on the roadmap and solution strategy.

What You'll Bring:

  • High energy and a genuine passion for the role and the impact of in-person events.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven product management experience.
  • B.A., B.Sc., or equivalent educational background.
  • Deep understanding of consumer experience, marketing, and digital engagement technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead vendor analysis and evaluations, nurture ongoing vendor relationships, and influence their roadmaps.
  • Proven success in collaborating with third-party vendors on roadmap engagements.
  • A passion for making data-driven and metrics-informed decisions.
  • Familiarity and comfort with agile/scrum development methodologies, with hands-on experience.
  • Ability to contribute as an individual while also collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely to both business and technical audiences.
  • Ability to function independently and as part of a team in a truly fast-paced environment, maintaining a strong professional image, a positive attitude, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Professionalism, dedication, and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Impressive presentation skills and experience communicating with and convincing audiences from analysts to C-suite.
  • Willingness to travel for key events (less than 20%).

Bonus Points (Desired Skills):

  • A great sense of humor and the ability to maintain grace under pressure.
