Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Aduro Advisors offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled project manager to step into a Product Manager role for FundPanel, our investor relations application on the Salesforce.com platform. You will own the product lifecycle of new technologies and feature enhancements, from initial concepts and roadmapping to feature definition, user testing, and communicating updates through our portal and newsletter. Your project management foundation will be key in guiding the development process, fostering collaboration between development and stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.

Be part of our remote FundPanel team, primarily located in Denver, dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions quickly for our venture capital clients within our Force.com-based application. Responsibilities & Duties:

• Own and maintain the Ideas/Feature Request portal, ensuring status updates are current.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and maintain initiative roadmaps.
• Partner with the Development team on resource allocation for feature development.
• Support Business Owners and Developers in feature planning activities.
• Oversee features through all stages of the development lifecycle.
• Assist Business Owners and Testers with user acceptance testing efforts.
• Establish and deliver monitoring and reporting on the roadmap and feature progress.
• Lead the feature release process, coordinating with operations on updated resources and communications.
• Communicate upcoming and released features to users, developing relevant informational materials.
• Collaborate with Tech Support to ensure the user support system and knowledge base are effective.
• Conduct user research and interviews to gather valuable feature feedback.

The salary range for the Product Manager position is $120,000 - $150,000. Salary is determined based on current market data and candidate experience level.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 7+ years of product management experience.
• A Project Management certification or a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and critical thinking abilities.
• Adaptable, resilient, and adept at building strong teams.
• Proven understanding of project planning, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage expectations and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders (clients, team members, senior management).
• Experience in remote, self-managed, freelance, or contract roles is advantageous.
• Proactive in continuous learning and professional development.
• Familiarity with UML, SCRUM, Agile, Extreme Programming, and KANBAN methodologies.
• Experience with roadmapping software (e.g., Aha.io, Jira).
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Jira).
• Salesforce.com platform experience is a plus.
• Financial industry experience is a plus.
