As a Digital Product Manager within PNC's Retail Product Management & Development organization, you can be based in several locations within PNC's footprint with some in-office activities as needed.

As a member of the Digital Sales Strategy Team, you will drive digital sales and enablement strategy across business segments to optimize and scale digital sales. Our team serves as a subject matter expert in the digital sales journey for new and existing clients. We:

  • Leverage data, analytics, customer experience insights, and competitive analysis
  • Assess our digital experiences and performance results to recommend new experiences or enhancements
  • Develop business cases to prioritize technology spend
  • Maintain and develop the ecosystem infrastructure for managing digital sales funnels
  • Partner with stakeholders across various departments
  • Support risk management, compliance, and Audit functions
  • Drive business, financial, and customer experience results for products and recommend modifications to improve outcomes

We manage digital product funnels by understanding performance drivers throughout the funnel. As a Bus Exp Plan & Admin Advisor, your responsibilities include:

  • Supporting digital sales performance management through data analysis
  • Assisting with online account opening roadmap requests
  • Developing solutions to improve digital sales journeys
  • Researching competitor digital sales strategies

This is a remote position, performed from a confidential home space, with some in-office activities as needed. Location availability may vary.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business planning and execute growth strategies.
  • Implement business planning processes and design strategic plans based on forecasts.
  • Develop solutions and assess potential business impacts.
  • Ensure alignment with key decision-makers and serve as a subject matter resource.

Qualifications

Candidates should demonstrate relevant knowledge, skills, and experience, including a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of industry experience. Certifications are not required but may be considered.

Preferred Skills include Business Development, Business Intelligence, Data Integration, Strategic Planning, etc.

Compentencies include Attention to Detail, Analytical Thinking, Business Process Design, Effective Communication, and Problem Solving.

Work Experience Typically requires a university degree and significant relevant experience.

Pay Range $65,000 - $149,500, with incentives based on performance.
