Job summary

Children of America in Waldorf, MD is seeking a School Bus Driver to transport children between our educational programs in a safe, caring environment.

Responsibilities include daily safety checks, following COA safety procedures, and representing the organization positively with families and staff. A valid CDL or school bus license is preferred, along with a clean driving record and at least 21 years old.

• Flexible with hours and work schedule
• Experience in a licensed childcare facility preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Safely transport children in a bus or van between educational programs
• Perform daily vehicle safety checks and ensure vehicle functionality
• Implement company safety procedures with guidance from the School Director
• Exhibit care, compassion, and patience with children
• Provide a nurturing and safe transportation experience
• Represent COA positively with children, families, and staff

Minimum Requirements

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $$15.99-$22.53
(based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity) This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives and additional benefits.
