Job summary

Children of America in the United States seeks a reliable Bus Driver to transport children safely between classrooms and activities. You will perform daily safety checks, follow COA policies, and model patience and care for kids.

The role requires a valid driver’s license with a clean record, CDL endorsement, knowledge of transportation regulations, a high school diploma or equivalent, and flexibility. Competitive hourly pay $24–$26, plus benefits and opportunities across 65+ locations.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport children in a bus or van between educational programs.
• Perform daily vehicle safety checks and ensure vehicle functionality.
• Implement company safety procedures with guidance from the School Director.
• Exhibit care, compassion, and patience with children.
• Provide a nurturing and safe transportation experience.
• Represent COA positively with children, families, and staff.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Driver needs to hold a CDL Class A, B, C with a passenger or school endorsement

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility preferred
• Must be at least 21 years of age

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $24 - $26 Hourly (based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity) This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives and additional benefits.
