Job summary

Children of America is seeking a Bus Driver to safely transport children across our educational programs in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. The role emphasizes safe driving practices, daily vehicle checks, and adherence to COA safety procedures while delivering a nurturing transportation experience.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and being at least 21 years old, with a preference for candidates experienced in licensed childcare facilities.

Minimum Requirements

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $15.00- $16.00 (based experience, skills, location, and internal equity) This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives and additional benefits.
