Requirements include a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, knowledge of state and local transportation regulations, a high school diploma or equivalent, flexibility with hours, and preferred experience in a licensed childcare facility; must be at least 21.

• Provide a nurturing and safe transportation experience.
• Represent COA positively with children, families, and staff.

Bus Driver

As a Bus Driver, you play a vital role in safely transporting children while supporting our mission to enhance their developmental growth and learning experiences.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Knowledge of state and local transportation regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $16-$17 per hour (based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity) This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives and additional benefits.
