JOB SUMMARY:

The purpose of the Bus Driver is to provide support within the Transportation department area with specific responsibilities for transporting students over scheduled routes and/or to/from extra-curricular activities; ensuring that vehicle operations are in safe operating condition; and ensuring safety of students during transport, loading and unloading from buses.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: 9 months; Beginning school year 25-26 and for future terms

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid Missouri commercial driver license with S and P endorsements as prescribed by state law
• Background clearance results must be satisfactory to the District
• Ability to pass required annual physical
• Ability to pass mandatory drug tests
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
