Job summary

Children of America is seeking a caring Bus Driver to safely transport children ages 6 weeks to 12 years between our educational programs. You’ll perform daily vehicle checks and follow safety procedures under the guidance of the School Director.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport children in a bus or van between educational programs.
• Perform daily vehicle safety checks and ensure vehicle functionality.
• Implement company safety procedures with guidance from the School Director.
• Exhibit care, compassion, and patience with children.
• Provide a nurturing and safe transportation experience.
• Represent COA positively with children, families, and staff.

As a Bus Driver, you play a vital role in safely transporting children while supporting our mission to enhance their developmental growth and learning experiences.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $16-$18 per hour based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity) This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives and additional benefits.
