Children of America, Inc. is seeking a Bus Driver to safely transport children between programs and ensure their safety and well-being during travel. The role emphasizes adherence to safety standards and nurturing interactions with children and families.

• Exhibit care, compassion, and patience with children.
• Provide a nurturing and safe transportation experience.
• Represent COA positively with children, families, and staff.

As a Bus Driver, you play a vital role in safely transporting children while supporting our mission to enhance their developmental growth and learning experiences.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 (based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity) This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives and additional benefits.
