Job summary

Children of America, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Bus Driver to transport children safely between our educational programs in Montgomery County, MD.

You will ensure daily vehicle safety checks, follow company policies, and interact warmly with children, families, and staff. Requirements include a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, being at least 21, a high school diploma, and flexibility with hours.

• Exhibit care, compassion, and patience with children.
• Provide a nurturing and safe transportation experience.
• Represent COA positively with children, families, and staff.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $16.50-19.50 (based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity) This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives and additional benefits.
