Job summary

Children of America is seeking a Bus Driver to safely transport children ages 6 weeks to 12 years between educational programs, while upholding COA safety procedures and mission. You will conduct daily vehicle checks and demonstrate care and patience with children in a nurturing transportation environment.

Applicants should have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and flexibility with schedule. Prior licensed childcare experience is preferred.

• Exhibit care, compassion, and patience with children.
• Provide a nurturing and safe transportation experience.
• Represent COA positively with children, families, and staff.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Knowledge of state and local transportation regulations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexible with hours and work schedule

• Must be at least 21 years of age

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $23.00 (based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity) This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives and additional benefits.
