Job summary

Children of America, LLC is seeking a dedicated Bus Driver to safely transport children between programs and support our mission of providing safe, nurturing transportation for students. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and positive interaction with children, families, and staff.

Qualified applicants will have a valid driver''s license, clean driving record, and the ability to work flexible hours, with prior experience in licensed childcare being a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of state and local transportation regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in a licensed childcare facility preferred.
• Flexible with hours and work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport children in a bus or van between educational programs.
• Perform daily vehicle safety checks and ensure vehicle functionality.
• Implement company safety procedures with guidance from the School Director.
• Exhibit care, compassion, and patience with children.
• Provide a nurturing and safe transportation experience.
• Represent COA positively with children, families, and staff.

As a Bus Driver , you play a vital role in safely transporting children while supporting our mission to enhance their developmental growth and learning experiences.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $15.50-17.50 (based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity) This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives and additional benefits.
