Job summary

Children of America is seeking a dedicated Bus Driver to safely transport children between programs at our Clementon locations. You must hold a CDL with Passenger Endorsement, maintain a clean driving record, and be at least 21. The position offers $20.00–$25.00 hourly, with potential incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state and local transportation regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible with hours and work schedule.
• Experience in a licensed childcare facility preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport children in a bus or van between educational programs.
• Perform daily vehicle safety checks and ensure vehicle functionality.
• Implement company safety procedures with guidance from the School Director.
• Exhibit care, compassion, and patience with children.
• Provide a nurturing and safe transportation experience.
• Represent COA positively with children, families, and staff.

Minimum Requirements

• Must have a CDL with a Passenger Endorsement

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $25.00(based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity) This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives and additional benefits.
