Job summary

Children of America is seeking a dedicated Bus Driver to safely transport children between educational programs and COA locations. You will perform daily safety checks, follow company procedures, and model care and reliability for students and families.

Applicants should have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and flexibility with hours. A high school diploma is required; prior childcare experience is preferred.

• Experience in a licensed childcare facility preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport children in a bus or van between educational programs.
• Perform daily vehicle safety checks and ensure vehicle functionality.
• Implement company safety procedures with guidance from the School Director.
• Exhibit care, compassion, and patience with children.
• Provide a nurturing and safe transportation experience.
• Represent COA positively with children, families, and staff.

Minimum Requirements

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $16.50-19.50 (based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity) This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives and additional benefits.
