Children of America, LLC is seeking a responsible Bus Driver in New Jersey to transport children safely between programs, perform vehicle checks, and follow safety procedures under the School Director's guidance.

The role requires a valid CDL with S endorsement, a clean driving record, and at least a high school diploma or equivalent. Flexible hours and childcare facility experience are preferred, with 21+ age requirement.

• Perform daily vehicle safety checks and ensure vehicle functionality.
• Implement company safety procedures with guidance from the School Director.
• Exhibit care, compassion, and patience with children.
• Provide a nurturing and safe transportation experience.
• Represent COA positively with children, families, and staff.

Minimum Requirements

Compensation

Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 (based on experience, skills, location, and internal equity) This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives and additional benefits.
