Stony Brook Medicine is seeking a Registered Nurse 1 (T&RC) for the Burn Unit on a full-time night shift. You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, and participate in infection control while supporting a high-quality care environment at Stony Brook University Hospital.

The role requires NY RN licensure (or eligibility) and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, with preferred acute hospital experience.

Competenze

• Licensed registered nurse in New York State or eligible.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Ability to administer medications and provide nursing care.

Mansioni

• Assess patient condition and coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Develop individualized care plans including discharge planning.
• Administer direct care and medications as needed.
• Practice infection control and maintain a safe environment.
• Communicate patient status to Charge RN/Clinician.
