Doctors Hospital of Augusta, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Burn Unit Registered Nurse (RN) to support patients with burn injuries and guide recovery with a compassionate, family-centered approach.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver advanced wound care, pain management, and education for patients and families throughout the healing journey. This role emphasizes safety, continuous learning, and expert clinical care in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• ACLS within 1 year of employment start date.
• BCLS within 30 days of employment start date.
• (RN) Registered Nurse licensure.
• 1 year of Medical Surgical or wound care experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assessing patient condition and environment to recognize changes, manage pain, and ensure safety throughout their care journey.
• Performing expert procedures and medication administration – including pain relief and fluid therapy – delivering advanced wound care and dressing changes, monitoring responses and acting swiftly to promote healing and comfort.
• Educating and supporting patients and families with compassion and clarity to confidently navigate recovery and make informed decisions.
• Collaborating with a dedicated multidisciplinary team to provide seamless, patient-centered care tailored to each individual’s needs.
