You will work with a skilled team dedicated to this specialized population and patient-centered outcomes. Leverage collaboration with managers and hospital councils to influence care decisions and nursing practice.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license (RN) required.
• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Nursing completed.
• 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical or Progressive Care settings.
• BCLS and ACLS certification required within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and environment to recognize changes and manage pain safely.
• Perform procedures, administer meds, wound care, and dressing changes with monitoring.
• Educate patients and families to support recovery and informed decisions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for patient-centered care.
