Job summary

Eskenazi Health’s Richard M. Fairbanks Burn Center in Indianapolis seeks a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to support the adult inpatient burn service on a dedicated 15-bed unit.

You join a multidisciplinary team delivering surgical inpatient and ICU care and coordinating with therapy, case management and residents. The role includes bedside procedures, escharotomy assistance, wound debridement, and burn wound excision/grafting under supervision, with active participation in

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy and vascular monitoring skills are required.
• ACLS certification is preferred.
• Wound care and debridement experience is needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage surgical inpatient and ICU burn patients.
• Provide care for burn ICU admissions under supervision.
• Order and interpret labs and radiographs; manage medications.
• Assist with escharotomy and grafting under supervision.
• Coordinate with burn and plastic surgery teams and residents.
