Job summary

UNC Health in Chapel Hill, NC is seeking a Burn Aftercare and Outreach Program Manager to provide operational, administrative, and strategic leadership for the Aftercare, Outreach, Prevention, and Survivor Support programs, reporting to the Burn Division Director.

You will oversee program operations, supervise staff, drive strategic growth, manage budgets and quality initiatives, and collaborate with Burn Center physicians, EMS, educators, and community partners to deliver high-quality survivor

Qualifications

• Requires registered nurse with BSN and NC license.
• Experience leading complex programs in healthcare or burn care is preferred.
• Strong budget management, quality improvement, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the Burn Center's Aftercare, survivor support, and community reintegration efforts.
• Provide strategic oversight for outreach, injury prevention, education, and professional programming.
• Supervise staff, set performance expectations, and support staff development.
