UNC Health is seeking a Burn Aftercare and Outreach Program Manager in Chapel Hill, NC. The role provides operational, administrative, and strategic leadership for Aftercare, Outreach, Prevention, and Survivor Support Programs within the NC Jaycee Burn Center.

You will supervise staff, manage budgets and grants, and drive quality improvement and community engagement to enhance long-term recovery and public education across North Carolina.

Qualifications

• Experience in burn care, rehabilitation, wound care, trauma, or related area.
• Experience with community outreach, injury prevention, survivor support, or population health initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in program development, quality improvement, operational management, and strategic planning.
• Experience supervising staff and managing program resources with healthcare/community partners.

Responsabilités

• Direct and oversee Aftercare, survivor support services, and community reintegration initiatives.
• Provide leadership for burn outreach, injury prevention, public education, and professional education programming.
• Supervise program staff, establish performance expectations, and support professional growth.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate goals, outcomes, and quality improvement initiatives.
