We are seeking experienced Restaurant General Managers (RGMs) to lead our team. Our restaurants are staffed with dedicated people, and we are looking to expand our leadership team. The RGM is responsible for overseeing restaurant operations and ensuring standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are met. They work with a team of managers and are incentivized through performance bonuses based on operational and financial metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales and profit targets each period
• Execute accurate projections and schedules, working all shifts as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
• Hire, train, and develop service-oriented crew members and shift leaders
• Implement and monitor restaurant controls, including cash and inventory management

Additional Job Duties

• Ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction
• Recruit, train, and coach team members
• Utilize GPS Hospitality systems for high-quality restaurant management
• Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and operational standards
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends and late nights
• Follow all legal, safety, and company policies
• Communicate effectively with management and staff
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities
• Develop assistant managers and trainees for future growth

Minimum Requirements

• 3-5 years of managerial experience in a restaurant or retail setting
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume environment
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
• ServSafe certification preferred
