Role Responsibilities
  • Work a 50+ hour week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Engage with the community and develop public relations.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and home office personnel.
  • Maintain staffing levels through effective planning and scheduling.
  • Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service, quality, sanitation, and cleanliness.
  • Use training tools for employee development.
  • Implement financial controls and manage restaurant budgets.
  • Handle customer complaints tactfully.
  • Evaluate staff performance and recognize achievements.
  • Forecast sales and expenses to set profit goals.
  • Make sound managerial decisions regarding personnel matters.
  • Maintain compliance with legal and company records.
  • Train and develop assistant managers and trainees.
  • Ensure a safe environment for all.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
