We are seeking Restaurant General Managers (RGM) to lead our team. Our restaurants are staffed with dedicated people, and we are looking to expand our team. The RGM oversees restaurant operations, ensuring standards of quality, service, and cleanliness are met, working alongside a team of managers. The position offers performance-based bonuses both operationally and financially.

Top Responsibilities

1. Sales & Profit: Achieve sales and profit targets each period
2. Systems: Execute accurate projections and schedules, managing all shifts
3. Safety: Maintain a safe and clean environment
4. People: Hire and train service-oriented crew and shift leaders
5. Accounting: Implement strict restaurant controls

Job Duties

• Ensure excellent service and guest satisfaction
• Hire, train, and coach the restaurant team
• Use GPS Hospitality systems for projections and scheduling
• Implement controls over cash and inventory
• Engage with the community and develop public relations
• Maintain standards for speed, safety, and cleanliness
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment and proper equipment maintenance
• Work all shifts, including at least one full weekend per period
• Follow all regulations and policies, including food safety and cash handling
• Supervise staff according to GPS values and behaviors
• Communicate effectively with management
• Implement marketing promotions successfully
• Participate in policy and training implementations
• Train and develop assistant managers and trainees

Minimum Requirements

• 3-5 years of GM experience in restaurant or retail
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to perform under pressure in high-volume settings
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
• ServSafe certification preferred
