Overview

We are seeking Restaurant Assistant Managers (RAM) to join our team. Our restaurants thrive on the dedication of our staff, and we are looking to expand this team. The RAM supports the Restaurant General Manager in developing a team, delivering excellent guest experiences, and achieving sales targets. This role involves learning, managing, and teaching restaurant systems effectively to meet goals, develop staff, and ensure exceptional service. RAMs are eligible for bonuses based on performance, both operational and financial.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction
• Train and coach team members
• Utilize GPS Hospitality Systems for daily operations
• Implement controls over cash and inventory
• Set and achieve goals related to service, operations, and finances
• Maintain operational standards including speed, safety, and cleanliness
• Manage food and labor costs, taking actions to optimize results
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Work all shifts as required
• Lead by example, demonstrating proficiency in restaurant operations
• Provide feedback and coaching to staff
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills
• Follow legal and company policies, including food safety and accounting controls
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the General Manager

Physical Requirements

• Ability to perform motions such as bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, and reaching
• Work in varying temperatures
• Stand for 8-10 hours
• Lift up to 20 lbs

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
• ServSafe certification preferred
