Compensation: Wendy’s General Managers earn $44,472 - $65,000 per year plus Profit Sharing.

Candidate Requirements: You should have at least three years of experience as a restaurant general manager in a quick service restaurant with heavy drive-thru operations (e.g., Wendy’s, McDonald’s, Burger King, Arby’s, Taco Bell).

You should have a strong background in restaurant operations, achieving benchmarks in food quality, labor, service, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness. A passion for developing and leading teams and striving for excellence is essential.
