This role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring compliance with company standards in areas such as product preparation, customer service, restaurant maintenance, and team management.

Job Duties

1. Ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction
2. Train and coach team members
3. Utilize GPS Hospitality Systems to manage restaurant operations
4. Maintain high proficiency in restaurant operations
5. Provide coaching and feedback
6. Supervise according to GPS values and behaviors
7. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills
8. Follow and enforce cash policies
9. Perform other duties as assigned by the RGM

Job Requirements

• 0-2 years supervisory experience in restaurant or retail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume setting
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the US

Physical Requirements

• Ability to bend, squat, twist, pull, reach
• Work in warm and cold temperatures
• Stand for 8-10 hours
• Lift up to 20 lbs
